Daja Robinson, MS, LPC
Doctoral Intern in Clinical Psychology
Daja Robinson, MS, LPC is a Doctoral Intern in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) with a strong commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. She brings over a decade of experience in clinical counseling, serving individuals and families across Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Her clinical interests include complex trauma and identity-based stress, with specialized experience supporting survivors of sexual assault. Throughout her doctoral training, Daja rotates across forensic, trauma-focused, and community mental health settings, further strengthening her integrative, evidence-based approach to care.
As a scholar, Daja’s research explores the intersection of Superwoman Schema, identity development, and trauma among Black women. She is the founding president of the Association of Black Psychologists, Inc. student chapter at Brenau University and a recipient of the 2025 ABPsi Student Service Award.
Her impact extends globally, reflecting her dedication to culturally responsive mental health care through service work in Rwanda, where she led an educator support group and contributed to strengthening community wellness efforts in 2024.
Through her clinical work, scholarship, and advocacy, Daja is dedicated to advancing equitable, affirming, and transformative mental health care.
