Caroline Randolph joins Bridging Hope as Director of Development, bringing nearly five years of fundraising and donor engagement experience with Northeast Georgia Health System Foundation. A lifelong Gainesville resident, Caroline has proudly raised her family in the community she has always called home. Throughout her career and years of civic involvement, she has been dedicated to strengthening Northeast Georgia by building meaningful relationships, connecting people with purpose, and supporting organizations that make a lasting impact. She is excited to join the Bridging Hope team and partner with donors, community leaders, and advocates to advance the organization’s mission of providing hope, healing, and support to those it serves across Northeast Georgia.
