Receive Free Counseling and Support
Bridging Hope offers free and confidential counseling and support group services to survivors of sexual assault in our service area, which includes Dawson, Habersham, Hall, Forsyth, Lumpkin, and White counties in Georgia. Our trained experts recognize and believe in the mental health approaches that we offer and have seen the difference they can make in the life of a survivor. We also provide referrals to other trusted therapists throughout North Georgia.

Trauma Focused Therapy
Work one-on-one with a trained and caring mental health professional who will help you address the trauma of being a survivor of sexual assault. Our compassionate counselors are experienced in helping survivors confront the range of emotions and responses that result from sexual abuse and will walk with you in your journey toward a brighter future. In these sessions, you will confront trauma and better learn how to cope with it and heal from it.

Support Groups
Bridging Hope support groups are open to survivors of any type of sexual abuse or assault who reside in our service area which includes Dawson, Habersham, Hall, Forsyth, Lumpkin, and White Counties. Our groups provide a safe space for survivors to learn more about trauma and healing and to connect with and support one another as they move forward in their healing process. Topics explored during group include: the impact of trauma, strategies for coping, relationship with self and others, and various healing methods.
