π Today is World Mental Health Day. A gentle reminder that caring for our minds is just as important as caring for our bodies.
At Bridging Hope, we walk alongside survivors of sexual violence through counseling, support groups, and healing resources, reminding each person: your story matters, and you are not alone.
Letβs work together to break the stigma and prioritize mental wellness for ourselves, our loved ones, and our community. π
